Do you want to protect business and property owners from bad deals and messy disputes? We are hiring for an attorney whose work will get noticed and make a difference. You will aptly handle all aspects of the firm’s pre-litigation, litigation, and ADR disputes. In this position, you will be responsible for legal services beginning with issue spotting and strategy development and concluding with trial or arbitration.

We are a fast-paced technologically savvy law firm with locations in Honolulu and Kailua Kona seeking an experienced full-time Civil Litigation Attorney who is an independent self-starter and works well without constant oversight. Working remotely from another island is acceptable as long as you are willing to travel inter-island for hearings and the like.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably all in Hawaii.



• Admitted to the Hawaii State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii.



• Above-average technology skills.



• Willingness to travel inter-island.

Salary:

The starting salary for a candidate with minimum qualifications is $100,000.00, plus benefits. Offers to exceptional candidates may include profit-sharing or equity-track compensation plans.
