Job Overview:

The Lateral Corporate Partner will be responsible for bringing in and managing a portable business of at least $1 million.

Duties:

• Bring in and manage a portable business of at least $1 million
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate matters
• Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings
• Oversee corporate governance and compliance matters
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on complex legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in New York
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law
• Portable business of at least $1 million

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in New York
