Duties
- Manage written and document discovery processes.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Assist with witness preparation.
- Support all aspects of trial preparation and strategy.
Requirements
- Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the primary office.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in law firm and/or clerkship preferred.
- Experience with both defense and plaintiff side litigation is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
