Duties

• Converse with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather information.
• Modify, review, and draft legal documents including demand letters, pleadings, and motions.
• Manage personal injury case files from inception to completion.
• Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
• Perform research on case law and gather relevant evidence.

Requirements

• Knowledge of personal injury law, medical terminology, and civil litigation.
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law.
• Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar license.
