Job Overview:
A top-tier U.S. law firm is actively seeking an experienced Litigation Of Counsel attorney to join its litigation practice. The position is focused on pharmaceutical and medical device product liability, with particular emphasis on Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice. This role is suited for an attorney with exceptional legal writing skills and substantial litigation experience in complex cases. Location:

• Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents including discovery responses, briefs, memoranda, and motions

• Develop litigation strategy with a focus on Daubert and Rule 702 issues

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff

• Interface with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Conduct depositions and support fact development

• Manage caseload and ensure high-quality work product under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience

• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or comparable litigation practice preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in handling Daubert and Rule 702 motions

• Experience with products liability litigation

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device industries is strongly preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited, nationally recognized law school

• Strong academic credentials

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application

• Candidates licensed in New York are especially encouraged to apply
