Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including commercial real estate, business disputes, labor and employment, construction, and franchise litigation.
• Conduct trials and arbitrations.
• Examine witnesses and conduct depositions.
• Engage in client-facing activities to grow practice and client base.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Trial and/or arbitration experience.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in Colorado and in good standing.
