Duties

• Participate in M&A transactions involving public companies on both the sell-side and buy-side.
• Advise on related securities laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with teams across Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services practices.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of general M&A and transactional experience.
• Experience with public company transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with the Tech and/or Life Sciences industries is a plus.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Submission of a deal sheet is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
