1-4 years of full time experience with respect to institutional investment and fiduciary matters arising under Title I of ERISA, including with respect to the plan asset rules and VCOC and REOC structuring. Our practice regularly advises clients on ERISA matters arising in the context of the formation and ongoing operation of investment vehicles, including joint ventures, private equity funds, real estate funds, opportunity funds, infrastructure funds, credit funds and hedge funds.
