Duties

• Provide expert legal representation in litigation cases, focusing on strategic counsel and solutions.
• Advise on corporate litigation matters to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support and facilitate client and organizational growth.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop new client relationships and manage existing client interactions with a focus on excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Active bar license (Ohio preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach, with a proven record of self-driven success and professional independence.
• Proficiency in handling various corporate litigation matters.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proactive and forward-thinking with a drive to achieve impactful results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with Ohio preferred.
