Seeking Labor and Employment Counsel with 8+ years of hands-on experience. Candidate will support a partner with a large book of blue chip clients. Skill set needed is ability to provide: advice and counsel on full range of employment and labor matters with the ability to provide practical advice; conduct client trainings; detailed analyses of employment law situations (e.g., corporate transactions, reductions in force, pay equity); and nuanced advice relative to new and pending labor and employment law legislation. Should also be experienced handling agency and court litigation on the range of employment issues. PA Bar is required or ability to waive in; PA/NJ Bar is preferred.
