Duties

• Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including disputes, negotiations, and advisory work.
• Provide legal counsel to public and/or private sector clients.
• Handle matters involving labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development efforts (for partner-level candidates).

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Significant experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong background representing public entities such as school boards or municipalities preferred.
• Experience representing private sector clients is also considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
