Catering Assistant
The candidate will coordinate of Catering and Pantry operations to ensure the successful execution of the Firm’s catering needs for conferences, meetings, events and floor pantries. Arrange for all catering needs by acting as a liaison between food service and the reception team to ensure proper food order and delivery time. Educate requesters on meal, snack and beverage service type as well as special event types. Coordinate the daily running of the Café and Conference Center catering. Collaborate with the Associate Director of Operations and the Director of Dining on streamlining operations, recognizing and identifying issues and problems within catering/café operations and recommend solutions. Any other functions/duties as assigned by management. Must have 2-3 years of conference center experience, preferably in a law firm or other fast-paced environment.
