Duties

• Participate in state and federal court proceedings and international arbitration.

Requirements

• Complex commercial litigation experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Relevant practical experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Excellent academic credentials necessary.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
