Associate Attorney

Profile

Seeking Associate Attorney who are admitted to practice for 1-3 years that are currently employed in a litigation department. Candidate with MA and RI or CT Bar license is preferred. Candidate must have a proven track record in assisting partners and senior associates in major civil litigation for institutional clients from initial pleadings, through all phases of discovery, and at trial. Experience with product liability, toxic tort, and a catastrophic injury case is preferred.
