• Support due diligence and employment-related structuring in corporate transactions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in employment law

• Prior exposure to employer-side counseling, compliance, and documentation

• Some background in handling employment litigation and corporate deal support

• Familiarity with traditional labor law is advantageous

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts in practical, client-friendly language

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Illinois or eligibility for timely admission
