Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate (5th+ Year) for its Century City, Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance, and joint ventures. Hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Duties

• Manage and execute real estate transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and other transactional documents.
• Advise clients on real estate finance and joint venture matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of real estate transactional experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Previous experience in a law firm setting.
• Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission preferred.
