Duties:

• Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications across wireless technologies and related sectors

• Conduct in-depth patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement analyses

• Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and legal teams to transform complex concepts into precise legal protections

• Manage portfolios and advise clients on IP strategy and patent lifecycle

• Maintain compliance with USPTO rules and evolving patent law trends

• Contribute to a team-focused culture with responsiveness and professionalism

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in patent preparation and prosecution

• Admission to a state bar (California preferred, but not mandatory)

• Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

• Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated client communications and deliver practical legal guidance

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field

• Strong undergraduate academic record

Certifications:

• Active USPTO registration required

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of wireless communications, digital systems, and signal processing

• Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational abilities

• Ability to quickly comprehend complex technical disclosures

• Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
