The candidate to provide comprehensive litigation paralegal support. Activities with particular emphasis on document discovery and retrieval; providing trial support and liaison with clients and witnesses. Provide technology expertise and drafting of pleadings and discovery. Draft and file pleadings with the Court. Maintains a professional, courteous manner with all clients, vendors and fellow employees. Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and documents using electronic filing systems that require understanding of the documents and independent judgment. Paralegal certificate or pending certificate required. Bachelor's Degree a plus. Some office experience preferred. should have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
