Duties

• Represent individuals, families, and business owners in creating tailored estate plans.
• Handle wealth preservation, trust and estate administration, and real estate issues.
• Manage premarital and postmarital agreements.
• Represent beneficiaries, executors, and trustees in estate and trust disputes.
• Collaborate with the fiduciary litigation team on claims defense and prosecution.

Requirements

• Admission to the Virginia bar; MD, DC, and TN are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates planning or estate litigation preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in building a long-term practice in trusts and estates law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
