Duties

• Provide strategic legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate developments

• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional legal matters

• Perform in-depth legal research and prepare written analyses

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial and business transactions

• Ability to handle matters with substantial legal and financial complexity

• Strong client service orientation and professional judgment

• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments independently and efficiently

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Louisiana
