Duties:

• Research legal issues and strategize with department team members
• Represent clients in court for mass tort cases
• Manage all aspects of discovery and drafting legal documents
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership
• Handle cases involving Sexual Abuse
• File cases in Federal Court and manage cases nationwide
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Manage time and tasks effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury and mass tort
• Member in good standing of the Bar association

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Member in good standing of the Bar association
