Best Buy Co., Inc. has an opening in Richfield, MN for the position of Lead Engineer, Application Developer (CRM) leads and facilitates design and architecture sessions and advises on best practices for CRM purposes, user interface, and architecture. Writes specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations, and facilitates team resources in the implementation of data migration and translation, data integration, training and custom development, and reports. Assists with architecting CRM or xRM systems, related customizations, and reports to model the organizational processes and create functional and technical specifications documentation. Writes specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations. Leads and facilitates the design and architecture sessions and advises on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture. Works with project team to define and create processes and process efficiencies, creates detailed user stories and conducts risk mitigation. Mentors other team members in technical skills to develop their abilities for future projects.

Requires:

Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical specialty, plus at least five years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience with full cycle CRM ITM implementation, Microsoft Dynamics CRM including Dynamics CRM Online, and software development. Three of the five years of experience must have also included working with change management process, utilizing SQL integration Services and/or Scribe, using SQL Reporting Services, utilizing Microsoft SDK and/or Developers Toolkit, and experience in the following programming languages: C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight, and MVC.
