The candidate will join the insurance defense practice. Will be responsible for heavy litigation desk supporting multiple attorneys. Manage the litigation process for each file. Conduct legal research. Draft legal documents such as motions and discovery. Work with medical records (summaries and chronologies). Schedule Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions. Should have ABA-accreditation with knowledge of Outlook and Aderant Total Office, or other law practice management software.
