Job Duties:

• Conduct patent prosecution activities for clients in various technology domains such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.
• Draft patent applications and responses to office actions.
• Communicate effectively with inventors, attorneys, and stakeholders to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses.
• Assist in patent portfolio management and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Proficiency in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.

Certifications:

• Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualification to register for the USPTO.

Skills:

• Proficiency in patent prosecution procedures and practices.
