Compliance Attorney Intermediate Litigation
The candidate performs audits and case reviews for each team assigned. Meet with assigned teams on a weekly basis to ensure firm policies, procedures, and deadlines are being met accordingly. Meet with assigned teams to assess areas of non-compliance and address with each assigned team as needed. A JD is required. Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S. and in good standing. Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence is needed. Should have 0-3 years of Personal Injury experience. Excellent writing skills are needed. Superb organizational and time management skills are essential. Meticulous attention to detail is needed. Working on cross-functional teams are required.
