Requirements

• Active California State Bar license, in good standing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in civil litigation, preferably business or contract disputes.
• US work authorization required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD), LL.M., or California State Bar Law Office Study Program / certified equivalent.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar license.
