• Assist in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and court appearances

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Conduct legal research and support senior attorneys on complex matters

• Attend client consultations and assist with strategy development

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in the State of New York

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent writing and analytical abilities

• Demonstrated interest in family and matrimonial law

• Willingness to handle court appearances and litigation tasks

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:
