Duties

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
• Manage a high-volume workload, including emails and voicemails.
• Collaborate with support staff and attorneys to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing attorneys, and pro se litigants.
• Exercise independent judgment on case progress and resolution.
• Make weekly court appearances for dockets, motion hearings, and trials.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by partners.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Kansas.
