A law firm seeks a Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will join the Global Finance group, focusing on mortgage loan warehouse transactions and repurchase facility structures.

Duties

• Prepare and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.
• Engage with both lenders and borrowers in mortgage loan warehouse transactions.

Requirements

• Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
• Hands-on experience in transaction document preparation and negotiation.
• Experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
