Duties

• Engage in financing and private M&A transactions.
• Participate in project and energy financing activities.
• Collaborate on energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions.
• Contribute to tax equity and IRA credit matters.
• Work as part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in financing and/or private M&A transactions.
• Preferred experience in project and energy financing.
• Preferred experience in energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in New York, Washington, DC, or Texas.
