The successful candidate will have extensive experience in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation, providing focused advocacy and client defense throughout the litigation process.

Duties

• Provide legal representation in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation.
• Defend clients at all stages of the litigation process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Communicate directly with clients to address their legal needs.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas state bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of significant litigation experience, including first chair experience.
• Proven experience in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
