Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to prepare for cases.

• Provide clients with sound legal advice, explaining their rights, obligations, and the potential implications of legal actions.
• Represent clients before the immigration court in Omaha, ensuring strong advocacy and case presentation.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide up-to-date counsel and representation.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files in compliance with legal and office protocols.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.

• Analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills to address legal challenges effectively.

Education:
