Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Draft and respond to motions with a strong command of litigation strategy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Apply knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Collaborate with support staff and fellow attorneys.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar.
• Experience in drafting motions and handling litigation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Desire to become an elite plaintiff attorney.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar license in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico.

Skills
