Duties

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters and advise clients on solutions.
• Organize files to ensure accessibility for attorneys and staff.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings and legal proceedings.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents for negotiations and proceedings.
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients for efficient case handling.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal matters.
• Manage client matters from start to finish with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Passed the bar exam.
• Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• 1-2 years of experience in bankruptcy or commercial litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications
