Professional Development & Integration Coordinator

The candidate will be performing administrative tasks for the Professional Development team to implement programs in support of the firm’s core competencies and benchmarks, such as the new attorney orientation, the first-year program, the Mini MBA, mentoring and career development programs. Assisting with the coordination of training programs, including program announcements and marketing, RSVPs, room reservations, ordering food/refreshments, arranging room set-up and necessary technology. Assisting with the collection of training, mentoring, and other professional development program evaluations for analysis of the effectiveness of each program. Tracking and updating internal training statistics and other related metrics. Assisting with the communication and tracking of internal and external training opportunities and participation. Assisting with the coordination and execution of large-scale programs and retreats, including attending in person for on-site support. Performing data entry to update and maintain integration software, tracking progress, and assisting with scheduling road shows to support lateral member and lateral associate integration. Coordinating logistics and tracking of mentor pairings, programs and engagement initiatives. Supporting firm DEI initiatives in recruiting, developing, advancing, and retaining lawyers in support of the firm’s strategic plan. Bachelor’s Degree required. Professional services firm experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve system and processes. Ability to work well with others at all levels within the firm. Proven success in time management and juggling multiple priorities. Ability to manage projects and troubleshoot with little supervision. Ability to travel as needed across the firm’s regional footprint. Travel time estimates are moderate (10-20%).
