Duties

• Manage a caseload of DUI and criminal cases, starting with approximately 20 cases.
• Develop and execute defense strategies to achieve clients' goals.
• Negotiate plea offers and litigate cases in court.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on diverse legal matters.
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to strategize on cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar with a strong professional standing.
• Experience in DUI and criminal defense, preferably as an associate.
• In-depth knowledge of DUI and criminal law and courtroom procedures.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Empathy and ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure without compromising quality.
