Global Wealth Management (GWM) Chief Administrative Office: Governance and Change Management
The candidate will support harmonizing, enhancing, and creating GWM policies, standards, and procedures aligned with GWM business activities. Will assist in the development, implementation, and operation of clearly defined escalation framework for risk & control-related matters. Design, implementation, execution, and coordination of a comprehensive and cohesive change management program for new products/activities and changes, including post-implementation monitoring. Responsibility for business impact assessment and mapping of regulatory changes to assessment units and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Examination of changes to the regulatory environment and other emerging risks for their potential business impact and proactive communication and development of plans to address risks/changes. Development of strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proactive engagement with control functions to ensure understanding of the GWM governance program. Focus on continuous control improvements across all areas to ensure continued improvement of the control framework in an efficient, cost effective, streamlined, and value-add manner.
