Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial contracts, including:
Manufacturing Agreements
Distribution Agreements
Sales Broker Agreements
Raw Material Supply Agreements
Packaging Supply Agreements
Equipment Leases and Purchase Agreements
Product Purchase, Sale, and Supply Agreements
Advise clients on contract law principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Provide strategic counsel on operational and transactional matters across various industries
Collaborate with attorneys from other practice groups to support multidisciplinary transactions
Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and responsive communication
Participate in business development efforts to grow the firm’s client base
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and review
Proven ability to manage significant transactional matters independently
Experience advising clients in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industries
Portable book of business required
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service-focused mindset
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Exceptional organizational, time management, and project leadership skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law
Expertise in contract negotiation and risk mitigation strategies
In-depth understanding of supply chain agreements and operational contracts
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Ability to manage a high volume of transactional matters efficiently
Skilled in building long-term client relationships and providing proactive legal advice
