Duties

• Advise clients on estate and trust planning, wealth management, and philanthropic giving.
• Structure and administer family offices and business succession plans.
• Mentor and train junior associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of tax code, trust and estates laws, and securities regulations.
• Licensed in good standing in Florida.
• Experience with client-facing roles and mentoring associates.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License.
