Position available for a Mid-Level or Senior Special Education attorney.  Harbottle Law Group (“HLG”) is a 7-attorney law firm specializing in representing public school districts in California.  HLG is currently seeking to add a mid-level or senior level Special Education Attorney as an attorney with the firm. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in this practice area (though this is not a rigid requirement, and excellent candidates with less experience are welcome to apply.)  The firm will gladly consider flex or part-time needs of an applicant. Compensation is highly competitive, though the firm’s billable hours expectations are lower than comparable firms, due to our unique practice model, and we value and encourage ongoing 

pro bono

work for our school district clients, particularly in staff development activities.

Salary Range:

 Highly competitive and flexible with excellent benefits package, including full medical/dental/vision, as well as 401k and profit sharing.
