Duties

• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Prepare for depositions and trial proceedings

• Analyze deposition transcripts to develop and refine case strategies

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff

• Develop and manage a client base over time

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in medical malpractice or related litigation

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and case management

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar

• New Jersey State Bar admission preferred
