A law firm seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney in Magnolia, MS. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel on various real estate matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and supporting the firm's strategic initiatives.

Duties

• Represent creditors in residential mortgage default servicing, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction matters.
• Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Manage case assignments and ensure efficiency and quality.
• Provide legal counsel in complex matters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to set goals and develop strategies.
• Handle performance evaluations and professional development of team members.
• Serve as a liaison between the legal team and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in MS.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal practice experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing caseloads and meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in litigation and real estate law.
• Business development experience and ability to contribute to firm growth.
• Prior law firm management experience.

Education
