Duties

• Counsel clients on strategic visa options to meet hiring needs.
• Draft petitions for benefits requests and responses to agency inquiries.
• Interface with agencies such as USCIS, DOL, and DOS.
• Research and analyze the impact of legal and policy changes on client matters.
• Assist with audits and compliance projects.

Requirements

• Experience with US employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant categories.
• Experience managing client immigration portfolios.
• Superior oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
