A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Senior Counsel in Austin, TX. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred, but consideration will be given to those in Austin, including virtual office arrangements.

Duties

• Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
• Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
• Provide expertise in New Markets Tax Credits.
• Engage in client development and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of tax credit experience.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
• Experience with real estate finance preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
