Duties

• Handle insurance defense matters with a focus on general liability.
• Explore early resolution strategies and alternatives to traditional litigation.
• Maintain responsive communication with clients via calls and emails.
• Accurately and ethically record billable time.
• Collaborate with trial teams and participate in training and mentoring programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense matters.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and technology.
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Knowledge of AIM/Perfect Law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Florida.
