Associates
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation. Should possess extensive experience drafting pleadings, handling e-discovery, drafting discovery demands and responses, and researching and drafting motions. Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus. Must have excellent academic credentials, have good judgment and be a team-player and a self-starter who can meet deadlines. NY bar admission required. NJ and/or CT bar admissions a plus.
