Profile

Configuring SAP SM/PM module including; Providing work order management especially relating to Part and Labor Confirmation Processes; Providing Resource Related Billing (RRB) & Milestone Billings; Installing Base Concepts; Providing Serialization; Integrating SM with other SAP modules; Providing Material and Labor planning; Working on Warranties and Contracts; Processing Master Data (Equipments, Functional Locations, Service Orders and Notifications); Working in Field Service.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Engineering (any field) or closely related field. We will also accept a foreign academic equivalent. Must have knowledge of SAP Service Management (SM) business process and various processes like Service Orders, RMA, and Service Contracts and their configuration in SAP; Knowledge of full-cycle SAP SM implementation from Blueprint to Go Live.
