The candidate will be delivering legal and differentiated compliance services to the Workforce Benefit Division, including services related to operational structures and processes, product design and development, and marketing and distribution matters. Engaging with industry peers, both directly and through industry trades, to identify, leverage or develop best practices. Law degree and State Bar admission.
