Duties

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including M&A, joint ventures, and licensing arrangements.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and regulatory compliance.

• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys on transactional workflows and best practices.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business transactions.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and be in good standing.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate and transactional practice.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic legal advice.

• Demonstrated leadership in guiding junior team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Texas Bar.
