A law firm seeks an associate attorney with at least three years of employment law experience to join their Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to client service.

Duties

• Conduct employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition cases.
• Lead responses to EEOC and state/local agency charges.
• Draft and review employment policies and agreements, such as separation and executive employment agreements.
• Perform employment due diligence and support M&A transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of employment law experience.
• Ability to manage sophisticated work at a national level.
• Active Arizona license or eligibility for admission to the Arizona bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
